Project currently in progress; expected completion date: September 2022.
Wien Hall is a residential building located at the Morningside Heights Campus of Columbia University, on the upper west side of New York City.
This projects entails remodeling of over 8,500 square feet of corridors throughout 9 of the building’s 12 floors. Corridor upgrade for this 12 story building includes new acoustical ceilings, LED lighting, sprinkler head relocations, molding, carpet & paint.
The main challenge for this project is to fast track all of the upgrade work, and complete by the start of the Fall 2022 school semester.
Greenbuild is a preferred vendor for Columbia University, and we look forward to completing yet another project for this venerable institution.
