A familiar brick ranch became a home with a whole new presence. Greenbuild refreshed the existing brick with stain, built a new front porch and portico, and repaired and stained the driveway, bringing the exterior together from the curb to the front door.
The new covered porch gives this Lindenhurst home a striking focal point and an inviting place to sit. The refreshed brick and coordinated finishes create the dramatic change the homeowner envisioned.
Achieving that transformation meant making thoughtful choices. We worked within the homeowner’s budget and timeframe, helping her explore cost-saving alternatives that preserved the look she wanted. The result is a fresh, cohesive exterior with unmistakable curb appeal.
