The challenge

After purchasing her Dix Hills home, the homeowner wanted to update both floors before moving in. With a firm move-in date and a limited construction window, the project required coordinating improvements throughout the house.

The refresh

Greenbuild Construction Group refreshed the first and second floors, including flooring, walls, doors, light fixtures and electrical outlets. The staircase and banister were updated, with a new carpet runner completing the look.

In the kitchen, we refreshed the existing cabinets with paint, installed new countertops and replaced the hardware. A complete powder-room renovation and a new front door rounded out the work.

The result

A brighter, more cohesive home, with updated finishes connecting the rooms across both floors. Greenbuild completed the full scope in eight weeks, before the homeowner moved in.
